Looking into banking stuff – the merchant accounts and their purpose:
- merchant accounts were born to facilitate the banking transactions (both credit and debit card payments)
- they are used by businesses and corporations to accept credit card payments on the internet
- they carry quite a lot of risk and they’re prone to credit card scams but that’s no surprise given that they involve money transactions
Also, check that the service provider is not restricted to any one or two credit card brands but is flexible and accepting all major card brands. Banking Details
